Lexie Power

Power & Talley
Managing Partner
Lexie Power has merged a fifteen year career in hospitality and more than ten years of volunteer work harmoniously. Working from Washington, D.C. to San Jose, California, Power's focus has been utilizing the popularity of restaurants in her area under her supervision to give back to frontline workers in the industry. As an ambassador of CORE (Children of Restaurant Employees), Power led successful give-back campaigns
on both coasts.

Her management portfolio has a vast range, including popular farm-to-table restaurants, hotel lounges, full-service dining, and cocktail lounges. She managed for the Georgetown, DC boutique hotel The Graham, and the swanky San Jose, CA, hot spot, Straits.

Before her hospitality career took priority, Power was the lead associate with CSC PR, a woman-owned PR firm in Northwest DC. Power joined CSC PR in 2012 after successfully launching a DC software startup and working on digital platforms for RFK Stadium and National's Park. Included in that work with CSC PR, Power conducted on-site event planning and promotion in public relations assistance for the 2012 Republican and Democratic Conventions. Utilizing her expertise of party planning and promotion in public relations and her hospitality career, she oversaw successful fundraisers for the nonprofit initiatives she was passionate about. This path lead to the unique industry role she has now, coordinating volunteer initiatives through grassroots consulting and local networks.

Currently Power is a member of the team at Aba Austin with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. Her most recent initiatives include enlisting restaurant team members to volunteer at vaccination sites in Austin, Texas, and completing her training to become a CASA volunteer advocate for foster children in her area.
