Sheila has broad and diverse experience in the foodservice industry with humble beginnings in restaurant operations, foodservice distribution (PYA Monarch), in the national non-profit space (creating and leading Share Our Strength’s Dine Out for No Kid Hungry), industry relations for the NRA Educational Foundation, sales and marketing for the Armada Supply Chain Solutions Group (Basix) and business development for Fishbowl Marketing.  She brings her expertise in strategic business growth, marketing, and fundraising.   A culinarian at heart, she attended Boot Camp at the CIA and took classes at le Cordon Bleu Paris.  Returning to her hometown of Nashville, she now serves as Executive Director, CORE: Children of Restaurant Employees. CORE helps foodservice and beverage service employees with children, when either the parent or child faces a health crisis, medical diagnosis, injury, or loss of home or place of employment due to a natural disaster.
