Tim Rita is an award-winning Mixologist who has represented prestigious spirit brands and portfolios providing training, education, cocktail conception, and national account support to the marketplace. Now currently the Las Vegas Brand Ambassador for Lyre's Spirit Co., the World's Most Awarded Non-Alcoholic Spirit company.

With nearly two decades in the hospitality industry, Tim began his cocktail journey from the island paradise on the beach at Waikiki, at the beautiful Halekulani at the Lewers Lounge where he learned the finer points in craft cocktails. Then eventually spreading the “gospel” island wide, he made his way to the “9th Island” of Las Vegas.

Where Tim was a key piece to launching and developing the Craft Ice Program for the Vegas Golden Knights Premium Bars at the T Mobile Arena, Las Vegas. In 2014, Tim was named in the ranks of “Top 10 Bartenders to Watch” by the Beverage Media Group, in addition his cocktails have been featured in various trade & media publications as he continues to gain notoriety for his passion behind the bar.
